Are you considering a different vacation from lying on the beach? Why not consider a Kenyan Safari? Not only can you see animals like lions, cheetahs, leopards and elephants in their natural habitat but enjoy fascinating sceneries and magnificent sunsets. Enjoy sundowner cocktails while watching giraffes and antelopes come to drink at the watering hole. You will see herds and herds of wildebeast, buffaloes and zebras.

The Kenyans are warm and friendly people. Book a packaged deal which includes a tented camp, meals and game drives. There are lodges and tented camps to suit a very extravagant budget or the more moderate one.

Most essential item to pack is your camera. Light clothes and something warm for the evenings as it can get rather cold. Take good shoes, a wide brimmed cap and sunblock. Spend a day or two in Nairobi visiting the colourful market, Giraffe Centre or museums.

Visas are available at the airport. Flights are reasonably cheap from Europe.

Be prepared for Africa to bewitch you with her natural beauty!
