The main entrance for visiting Darwin is the Airport. if you arrive in the morning, afternoon or even midnight, it not a problem because there aretaxis outside the airport waiting just for you. You don’t have to worry, in the airport, there are couple taxis waiting to take you wherever you want. The taxisprice ischarge by meter and you can see it in front of your seat.The first charge when you sit is usually $4-5AUD. It’s usually charges around $28-30 AUD to take you from the airport to the CBD (The price based on my experience last week).
