Last night or should I say, the early hours of today – at around 1 am, the engineers and technicians were hard at work at the Bur Dubai Metro station unit (beside Bur Juman).

What could you expect? With the dawn of 9th September, Wednesday – it was the day of the promised launch of Dubai’s yet another precious addition to city growth. While the Metro System is only accessible by the Public tomorrow (10th September), this is truly another feather to the cap for Dubai’s Road and Transport Authority.

As I patiently wait to board this un-manned railway tomorrow, I shall keep you posted about the same.
