FAT CATS LAP IT UP AT THE BOROUGH COUNCIL

The Borough Council sub-contracts out nearly all of the services that it provides. And yet they have 20 staff earning between £54k and £120k. Why? And then there’s all the rest of them! How can it take so many people, on these inflated salaries, to simply administrate the outsourcing of work to sub-contractors? If they were a private company they’d go bust! By contrast, Hatfield Town Council only employs one person on £50k.

Hatfield Town Council is solvent. It is efficient. It has assets and cash reserves. If there are savings to be made, lets look to scrap, or reduce the Borough Council and give more power to our Town Council. Localism at its best……..surely?
