Introduction

Thailand can be found in the southeastern part of Asia and is a predominately Buddhist country. Their language is mostly incomprehensible to most common visitors, but luckily, English is understood by a large number of Thai people.

I prepared Green Chicken Curry. My recipe is a favorite of some friends of mine who have visited Thailand several times.
