1. Hotel general manager

A hotel general manager directs everything that involves the operation and financial wellness of a hotel. The hotel general manger is responsible for creating a standard performance level for staff and service patrons, advertising, setting room rates, food selection and hotel publicity.  Other tasks include managing the hotel property, hiring and firing and addressing the media.

2. Hotel clerk

A hotel clerk attends to guest check-in and check-out, assigns rooms and answer questions pertaining hotel services and facilities.

3. Bellhop

A bellhop escorts guests checking in to their rooms, help with the luggage and offer information on the availability of facilities and services in the hotel. They also inspect hotel rooms to ensure things are up to the guests’ expectations
