This is a short description about the construction of the New Cancún in Mexico, but Twice in size than the actual Cancún on Riviera Maya.

The Construction of the New Cancún in México is going to start next year (2010). But this “New Cancún”, is going to be located on th Pacific Ocean, 90 miles far from the city of Mazatlán, in Sinaloa State.

Actually, this Center is called: “CIP – Centro Integralmente Planeado” or “Center Integrally Planned”, but probably this name is going be changed because ithis not sounds like a tourist place.

Near of CIP, there is the town of: Teacapán, it´s a place that is visited for every person that visits the City of Mazatlán, is an Obligatory Destination for tourists around this lands that wants to make contact with nature, virgin beaches, and away from the noisy city.

The Size of this center is going to be twice (In extension) than the actual cancún, and includes 2 Marinas and 20 Miles of beaches.

Obviously, this project is planned for many years, but even the sale of the lands has been almost finished.

This Center will be capable to attend 3 million tourists in a year.

This tourist destination is focused on: Alternative tourism, eco tourism and adventure too.

For all tourist that looks for: Nature Life, Tranquility, Beautiful Sunsets, Adventure and wild life around the center, this is the best option without a doubt.

Thanks.
