The smallest restaurants in the world are all found in Europe.
Solo Per Due

With only one table and two chairs, Solo per Due in Vacone, Italy only serves “Just for Two”. Menu is an all Italian cuisine which includes the freshest ingredients of the season.
Solo per Due serves only lunch and dinner. Bookings can be made at any time through fax. Confirmation should be done at least seven days before the booked date which should include the event details so that the restaurant can be prepared specially for the occasion.
The gates will only be opened at the agreed time. A meal costs €250 per person including all the details agreed upon during booking confirmation. Excluded are the wines and special flower arrangements.
Dinner For 2

On the top floor of the castle wing of the most enchanting city hotel in the world, Hotel Schloss Mönchstein, lies another one of the world’s smallest restaurant. With its exclusive, intimate and romantic ambiance, plus a marvelous panoramic view of Mozart’s city, dinner at Dinner For 2 is one evening to remember.
With only one table and two long sofas, the dining room can accommodate up to four guests. The €60 room cost will be added to the bill for non-hotel guests while hotel guests get a 50% discount.
Dinner For 2 is in Salzburg, Austria.
Kuappi

Kuappi has been named the Smallest Restaurant in the World by the Guinness World Records. Inside this three by six square meter restaurant in Iisalmi, Finland is one table, two chairs, a bar, a loo and a terrace with another set of table and two chairs. You can get something to eat here but if you want a real meal, you can order it from the restaurant next-door. Kuappi is open only during the summer months of June and July, Monday through Friday at 1 pm to 7 pm.
A specific rule must be followed for the restaurant’s use: only two guests are allowed inside; should there be more than two, only the cleanest pair gets to sit inside while the rest should stay on the terrace, though they also allow trading places.
This little cabin became the smallest restaurant in the world in 1993. It was built in 1907 as the Finnish national railway’s workmen cottage.
