St James Hotel and Club, London.

ST James Hotel and Club pn Park Road has a sophisticated and relaxed luxurious interior that was designed by Anna Marie Jagdfeld.

It has 60 rooms, including two top-floor suites, which both boast a large roof terrace. St James is a dramatic 19th Century town house, which has been revamped in the style of an exclusive English gentleman’s club. It combines the comfort and professionalism, that can be expected in a  prestigious London hotel.

The decor is taupe, olive, cream, black chrome and steel grey with dramatic flashes of gold, copper and aquamarine. The materials are a sensual mixture of marble, leather, silk, velvet, cashmere and lacquer, which simmer under the imaginative lighting.

Each suite is fully air-conditioned and has the latest technology, which includes flat-screen television, wireless Internet connections, I-pod docking stations and VDA multi-media systems.  They have a living area and bedrooms with a huge bed and steam showers in the en-suite bathrooms.

There is an extensive collection of 20th Century paintings in both the public area and the suites. The Rosenstein Collection covers the period from the 1920s to the 1950s.
