Trifter

This is along River Road in Lancaster County PA.  It is so close the road, something that is not terribly unusual in this farm area in PA.  The road passes the barn and then turns left behind it.

Note how the barn has been modified to provide space when you exit.

Note the unusual way the barn siding was cut to make the setback.

Note the cross buck door with, no kidding, iron strap hinges and a ceramic door knob.

This is a view of the barn from the opposite direction that also shows the proximity to the road.  Note the aluminum window.
