This summer has been particularly hot. It has also been a very good summer because of the heat which was made possible to wear short sleeves.  There is a need to feel the breeze on the arms to feel a little bit more natural atmosphere.  Summer is very much celebrated in the Northern Hemisphere because of the long winters which cover the land most of the time with snow. There are places which are known to have a large amount of solar radiation which is not necessary harmful and that is Italy, Mexico, Israel, the South of France, Egypt, Morocco, Spain and India. The population should be able to enjoy summer wherever they are by respecting the environment.

Infact, summer is a time when most schools are closed and the students can go away with their parents to visit other countries. That is how you hear about students who go to visit historical sites for example in Athenes, Greece and Rome, Italy two country which are part of two different important civilizations which have helped shape the world and the economy and they are the Greek and the Latin civilizations.

So, many populations appreciate summer. That is the time when most of the babies are born and they are able to go to the sunshine with their parents who can have a holiday.  The older people have to be careful with the sunshine because of aging of the skin but it is still wise for them to go to Isles around Haiti, Jamaica, San Dominigo, La Martinique and other Isles to boost their energy.  Florida is still a good destination especially during summer in the South of the United States of America.

Thus, it is good to go to look for the sunshine where it is.  There was a discussion to know if the sunshine rises from the West or from the East. The most possible right answer is that the sun rises in the East because it has been said that Japan is the country of the rising sun. The problem is that there are some countries which are in the East like Tanzania and which has the eternal snows which never melt. As the universe is circular Japan is probably at the limit of the East and the West.  There is also the Greenwich meridian line which goes through the United Kingdom.

Therefore, many vacationers go to the South to seek some sunshine. The south is very large in can range from South, South West to South East. It is even in the southern parts of the world that you can find deserts like the Kalahari in Botswana and Gobi in Mongolia. In the Southern Tropics there is more rain than in other parts of the world and after there is sunshine.  That is where you find many cattle for example in South Africa where there are the famous Kraals.

Infact, solar radiation is an important issue.  This means that it is not only a scientific issue but it is also a social issue.  Solar radiation has to be mastered and they should be more solar energy preserved to supplement the other resources of energy for instance oil, gaz, steam, windmill and biogaz. The social issue is about how other people view other people who like to tan their skin.  There are cultures which do not accept their people to have a tanned skin.  There are societies which tend to prefer women with light color skin and there are people who buy products to ligthen their skin and who have lost money like that just like bad gamblers.

In this sense, populations have a lack of education on the benefits of the sunshine. There are some benefits to go to the sunshine. There are Tourism agencies and Tour Agencies which can organize vacations for short or long term to suit your vacations. This means to know what you want to do during your vacations. Some like cultural holidays and others like to go to the beaches and there are also those who come paradoxaly tanned from their vacations in the mountains where they ski.
