Check out the charges made for gratuities and internet access when booking your cruises.

Internet Access On-board Cruise Liners

Disney Cruises charge the most (74 cents per minute) and Costa Cruises the least (8 cents per minute) for internet access. Royal Caribbean, Norwegian and MSC are somewhere in between. Cruise line representatives told the BBC that the costs incurred by their passengers were explained by the difficulty which exists in supplying internet access in the middle of oceans. All cruise ships had to be equipped with satellites in order to provide internet to cruise passengers.
