If you are going to travel with toddlers, try searching a swap partner who has a toddler, same goes for any family travelers. By doing this you need not buy or carry basic things like toys for your kids, story books and so on as you can use theirs and they can use yours.
  2. Always use a reputed swapping online site or an agency. Before you finalize on a swap partner, try to spend some time corresponding them. It will make you more comfortable while handing your house keys.
  3. Don’t forget to ask your swap partner to leave instructions and details for operating home appliances, including television, washing machine and so on. You too do the same for your partner.
  4. It is also advisable to ask your partner to leave details as, the closest super market, restaurants, local parks and gardens.
  5. Get all the emergency contact numbers from your partner, such as police, ambulance. You must also leave all the emergency number of your city.
  6. Please clean your home before you head out. Let them know where you are keeping your house keys, where they will be keeping their keys.
