Some travel advice and a great vacation idea!
Life is busy so pack your bags and take that long overdue trip! You can go away for the weekend or for 2 weeks, just take it all in with all your senses. See all the sights, listen to the different sounds, taste the unique foods, smell the scents, and touch the scenery and let it touch your body, heart, and soul. Let it revive you and build stronger relationships. Life is short and the world has so much to offer out there.
As a traveler and a travel agent, I find myself just consumed with a passion for what’s out there to see and do and I love sharing that with others. Here are some great ideas for vacations.
Take a cruise to the Caribbean on the Carnival Miracle. The 2,124 passenger ship has an 11 story metropolis atrium with a ruby red glass ceiling. There’s plenty to do on the ship. There are casinos, a wedding chapel, library, & a sports bar. For the teens there’s a gothic-castle themed disco named Dr. Frankenstein’s Lab. There is other cool stuff for the teens too like the Club 02 Teen Program which hosts nightly dances waterslide races, scavenger hunts, & other games. There are three restaurants, a jazz club, & a Broadway style theater.
A roster of activities are distributed every morning with activities such as variety shows, trivia contests, comedian performances, sing alongs, & demonstrations. The activities are always free but it’s a good idea to arrive early to get seats. During your time on the ship you will have the opportunity to get off the ship & enjoy many shore excursions either exploring independently or with the organized ship excursions.
One island stop during a cruise is Belize, an English speaking island in the Caribbean. You can dive the longest barrier reef, 190 miles long which runs along the entire cost. It’s the second longest coral reef in the world. It’s the island’s biggest attraction. It’s a quarter of a mile from the beach of Ambergris Caye which is Belize’s biggest island & is located in the clear shallow waters of the Caribbean Sea. Ambergris Caye is full of dive shops which offer scuba lessons. The evenings are full of tourists & islanders at the different bars & restaurants listening to the island music. Daily tours are offered to the Maya Ruins & the Rainforest. It’s also a food lover’s paradise from rice & beans, tacos, to feasts of seafood & seasonal tropical fruit.
A cruise is a great vacation because it’s an all inclusive vacation! Of course there are things such as shopping, salon services, beverages, etc that are extra but for the price it’s a great deal & it’s also a great way to meet other people and to relax. Take some time for yourself!!
