Always be ready to try something new. This is a great motto to live by when you do a lot of travelling. People, and that includes myself, are creatures of habit. A case in point is my son, Thomas. No matter what part of the country, and even out of country, Thomas always orders chicken. He has chicken for lunch and dinner and would order it for breakfast if allowed to. Chicken nuggets, chicken strips or chicken tenders… doesn’t matter as long as it is chicken!
