The Ku Klux Klan infiltration was widespread during the 1920s, and was then slowly eradicated.
Anaheim California is the place that Walt Disney selected to build his very first themed park in. In 1955, Disneyland opened and tourists flocked to the area by the millions. This resulted into Anaheim California becoming a household name around the world and even has twin sister towns in Japan and Spain.
Sports is very vital to the residents of Anaheim California. Angel Stadium is home to the LA Angels, Anaheim’s baseball team. The indoor arena at Honda Center is where the National Hockey League’s Anaheim Ducks play. Basketball games and wrestling matches take place there. This center is so huge that it has become the favorite venue of pop star concerts, like Madonna, Paul McCartney, the Rolling Stones and Barry Manilow.
Anaheim California boasts of the prestigous Anaheim Convention center with its top of the line facilities. It is the largest venue for conventions in the whole West coast. There is a huge ballroom, countless meeting rooms and spacious exhibition halls. Catering is delicious, and they also provide theme banquets.
Anaheim California is generally a happy place to live in, because there is a healthy balance between business and pleasure. It is mindful of its roots, as agriculture remains a top priority. However, Anaheim is also a modern city of the millennium. A lot of successful people hail from Anaheim including No Doubt vocalist Gwen Stefani, Jeff Buckley the singer-songwriter, and Mike Lockwood great pro wrestler.
