I have resided in Mar Vista for most all of my 40 years. I relocated to Phoenix Arizona – Too Hot! Then moved to Raleigh, North Carolina – Don’t know anyone there! Came back to my wonderful hometown in Mar Vista, California and feel at home once again!

Mar Vista, California is a 2.9 mile radios community between Santa Monica, Venice & Marina Del Rey. So the tourist beach are about a 2 mile walk West.

Mar Vista is mostly residential property, with some shopping surrounding area’s. Costco Wholesale is in the Culver City, CA address but a on the address line of Mar Vista.

A wonderful Farmer’s Market every Sunday in downtown Mar Vista (Grandview & Venice Blvd.) and across the street you’ll find the AMF bowling alley with a comfortable good restaurant. 

Schools are part of Los Angeles School district are very good and well kept. New state of the art Mar Vista Fire Department across the street public library on Inglewood & Venice Blvd. 

Grandview & Palms Blvd. just look West and you’ll see the spectacular view on a clear day.
