This gym gives you a lot of choices to chose from. They have swimming, basketball, tennis, racquetball, and volleyball. They also have many weight lifting machines, they are spread out into two rooms and they have a machine to strengthen every muscle in your body its seems like. They offer spin class, yoga, dance, and a step class. This gym may cost a little more but from my experience this gym is more cleaner and more fun than any other gym.

This gym has many weightlifting machines, many classes to take, and many sports to play. This gym has a basketball court, a racquet ball court, and tennis courts. This gym teaches yoga and step classes. It also has instructors to help you when working out.
24 Hour Fitness
1020 7th St, Sacramento, CA – (916) 658-1626
This gym costs $25.00 A month
This gym includes treadmills, and weight machines. This gym is all indoors so there is no courts of any kind. This gym in right next to a shopping mall so this would not be my first choice. Although they do have instructors to guide you through your workout. This is a gym if you go only a few days a week. You have to provide your own lock for your locker and your own towels. For the price it is a good deal if you shower at home.
