Ugh I don’t know what’s up with the mail recently but the circulars are not coming in time. I’m sorry.

                Let’s get started.

Of course we start with the veggies:

• Sprouts Market has Broccoli for 0.77 a lb. white corn is 2 for $1.00. There are Hass avocado for 0.77 each. On the vine cluster tomatoes 0.88 a lb.
• Sunflower Market has a 5 lb. bag russet Potatoes, 1lb. bag of peeled baby carrots,or a 10 oz. package of grape tomatoes are 2 for $3.00. Snow white Cauliflower and large artichokes are $3.00 each. Red or green leaf lettuce for 0.88 each. Red and white onions or premium russet, red, or white potatoes are 2 lbs. for $1.00. Green onions, cilantro, radishes and parsley  is 2 for $1.00. Italian, yellow, or Mexican grey squash for 0.77 a lb.

Now for fruits:

• Sunflower Market has grapes for 0.88 a lb. There’s also seedless watermelon for 4.00 each, pineapples are also 4.00 each.5.6 oz.  Blackberries  and one lb. strawberries are 2 for 4.00. Key limes are 20 for 1.00.Navel oranges or granny smith apples are 0.77 a lb. Valencia oranges or ruby red grapefruit 4 lb. bag are 2 for $6.00.
•  Sprouts market has 1lb. Strawberries 2 for 4.00. Navel oranges are 0.69 a lb. There are cantaloupe and  honeydew melons are 2 for $4.00. Organic Braeburn apples are 0.69 a lb. 5.6 oz. Blackberries are 0.77 ea.  Pink Lady or Fiji Apples are 0.77 a lb.             

Now for the proteins:

• Sun Flower’s market has all natural extra lean ground beef 1.97 a lb. All natural Pork baby back ribs  or skinless natural boneless chicken breast for 2.99 a lb. Fresh gourmet beef burgers 2.99 a lb. all natural  boneless pork shoulder roast for 2.49 a lb.  Large shrimp, Large snow crab legs, or Fresh salmon Fillets are 6.99 a lb. 
• Sprout’s has Boneless Pork loin roast  or fresh chicken tenders for 1.99 a lb.  Beef Carne Asada for 3.99 a lb. fresh Chorizo for 2.99 a lb. and chicken Pollo Asada is also 2.99 a lb. Fresh groun sirloin for 3.99 a lb.  Pork Italian sausage for 2.99 a lb. and Fresh Pork Country style ribs (boneless) for 1.99 a lb.
