     Just over the bridge from the city of Pensacola Fl, and into the city of Gulf Breeze, you can find a spring break paradise on Pensacola Beach.  This summer paradise used to boast the whitest sand beaches found anywhere in the world. A few hurricanes have been through there, but the place is still a beautiful site for anyone looking for for a summer haven on a budget. 

     There is something for everyone on the beach, from swimming and dining to para-sailing and jet ski’s. During the day, the beach is the place to be. Miles of beautiful sandy beach, with clear cool waters. Night life on the beach can be just as hot, with clubscenes and live music and some of the best theme bars around.
     Fishing is a popular attraction, and the pier at Pensacola Beach offers deep water fishing from solid ground. Not too long ago you could drive onto the pier, but you can still get a day pass so bring some chairs and a cooler. There’s a bait shop provided and everyone is generally having a good time. 

     When it comes time to buy those souvenirs for those left at home, check out Alvins surf shop for the best ideas, they range from the classic vacation “I Was Here” t-shirts to foot long sea shells found in the gulf. The shopping anywhere on the beach is unrivaled, and all the shops are on the main strip, so parking and strolling is suggested. Be sure to drive down the strip into the residential section, where the UFO shaped house is a local favorite. Its been there for years, and worth the short drive for memorable pictures.
