Hawaii, Say Aloha to The Land of Love

Hawaii is a formation of six islands, which were volcanically formed over five billion years ago. The Hawaiian Islands are further away from any mainland than anywhere else on the planet, which means that they are the earth’s remotest location. Hawaii is a very beautiful place with high rising mountains, lush green vegetation and romantic beaches. It is no wonder that so many people choose to get married there every year in the land of love.

Welcome, or as the indigenous Polynesian population would say ‘Aloha’ to the wonderful Islands of Hawaii. Nature has created in these islands such a perfuse spectacle of radiant colours that it is understandable for visitors to refer to these islands as the Garden of Eden.

The Hawaiian Islands are truly a wondrous location, because they have it all, breathtaking scenery, spectacularly incredible waterfalls and long beautiful beaches where the ocean’s waters just gently roll in.

The indigenous people of Hawaii will find every possibility to celebrate life and the most important of those celebrations is the Luau.

This is like a huge family gathering, set outside in a huge open location that is allocated for these Luau celebrations. At least one hundred tables are to be seen where groups of ten to twelve people can sit.

All around the perimeter of this huge open area are the tables which are full of such a wonderful variety of Polynesian food. In the middle of this entire visual spectacle is where the indigenous Polynesian people will dance and entertain everyone that is gathered for the Luau.

Hawaii is famous for the vast number of newlyweds that it manages to attract every year and you will always find many of these newly married couples at these Luau events.

And the Polynesians really make them feel special by calling them into the middle area of the huge Luau gathering and asking everybody to congratulate the happy couples and to help them to celebrate their new love union with spontaneous Hawaiian song and dance.

Maybe it is the spectacular scenery, or the magical Luau setting, but it soon becomes apparent to everyone why Hawaii is known as the Land of Love.

Hawaii has also attracted its fair share of the Hollywood film producers, who have chosen Hawaii as the location and setting for such wonderful films as South Pacific and Blue Hawaii (with Elvis Presley).

The Hawaiian Islands were also chosen by Steven Spielberg for the now famous location filming of Jurassic Park.

Once you have said ‘Aloha’ to Hawaii you will not want to say goodbye.
