For anybody visiting Ocean City, Maryland in the future make sure you check out one of the best bars I have ever been to.  Seacrets, located at 117 West 49Th Street in downtown Ocean City, is the best nightclub and happening bar in the area.  Seacrets has a great atmosphere and you will surely feel relaxed while at the club.  Almost the entire club is outdoors with a tropical theme although they do have one or two areas that are indoors.  On almost any given night there will be several bands playing and usually one DJ.  The club is big enough that the music does not blend together either.  The entire club consists of around 15 different bars spread throughout so finding a drink is not hard.  These bars are in every location in the club so whether you want a more quieter section or you want to be right with the bands it doesn’t matter.  Perhaps, the feature that I personally like best is the crowd that Seacrets gets on a regular basis.  You can expect to have more than one thousand people there on any given night but the crowd attracts people of all ages. 

One of the most unique and interesting aspects of the club is their afternoon lagoon area.  During the day, you can visit the club and sit at one of the tables that are located right in the water (about 2 feet of water or so) so bring your bathing suit.  Now how about a drink?  Well, located right in the water near you if a fully stocked bar so relax.  Another interesting feature is that you can pull up right to the club on your boat or jet ski.  They also have a long pier that goes out into the bay to relax on.  This is actually the perfect place to get to know someone you just met.  You can also stay at the Seacrets motel located right next to the club but make sure you book rooms early because the place is not that big and fills up real quickly.  Seacrets also has a gift shop located approximately one block from the club on 49Th Street. 

So, What does it costs to get into the club?  Expect to always pay a cover charge of somewhere around $10 a person each time you visit.  If this seems high then look at the caliber of the bands that play here and you can understand why.   As for the drinks, most are pretty reasonable with beer somewhere around $3.00 a bottle for domestics and mixed drinks around $5.00-$6.00 a piece.  If you end up driving down to the club don’t worry about parking as they have a huge parking lot for your car.  Well, that pretty much sums up the nightclub Seacrets so the next time you are in Ocean City, Maryland make sure to check this place out……you will not be disappointed!
