Stunning waterfalls that fall directly into Lake Superior and more.

Along the 40 mile coastline of Lake Superior that is part of Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan are two stunning waterfalls that fall directly into the huge lake. There are also a number of other beautiful waterfalls located inside the National Lakeshore. Hope you enjoy them.

The falls can be seen from the North Country Trail and the Lakeshore Trail passes right over the falls. A shipwreck from 1856 lies under 20 feet of water at the base of the falls.
