From grizzly bears to black bears; gray wolves, buffalo and moose: If you enjoy wildlife, then Yellowstone National Park is for you. And for those of you who enjoy outdoor water sports or just want some thrilling adventure, then why not ride a whitewater raft down a roaring Yellowstone river.

For those of you who are looking for a little adventure, then Yellowstone National Park is for you. Whether you prefer the warm weather or the cold weather, there are plenty of outdoor sports for all you sport enthusiasts. Located in South Central Montana, Yellowstone Country offers three entrances to Yellowstone Park: The Bear tooth Highway, four destination ski resorts and world-class fishing. Surrounded by mountain regions, Yellowstone National Park is the heart of tourism and recreation.

The winter months at Yellowstone Park bring plenty of snow. If you love to play in the snow, why not try snowboarding or cross-country skiing. But if you enjoy those hot summer days, then you can choose from a number of activities such as hiking, whitewater rafting, canoeing, kayaking, horseback riding, mountain climbing, just to name a few.  In addition, there are also boat cruises on Yellowstone Lake, historic and cultural museums. And for your children and the animal lover in you: Expect to see a variety of wildlife everywhere you go. From grizzly bears to black bears; gray wolves, buffalo and moose. The greater Yellowstone region is home to several wildlife refuges. In Wyoming,there are two National Wildlife Refuges: The National Elk Refuge, in Jackson provides a winter home to about 7,500 elks. While elk are the primary visitors at this refuge, visitors might also see sheep, moose, bison, mule deer, coyotes, squirrels and even wolves. On the other hand, The Seedskadee National Wildlife Refuge is a refuge where you will come across different species of birds.

And for those of you who have never visited Montana, it is a good idea to do so on your next vacation. From art galleries to historic attractions, Yellowstone is filled with traditions of culture and history. In Montana, you will experience the most beautiful landscape and sunsets. In Montana, you will find some of the longest snow-mobile trails and meet other people with similar interests. In addition, you can view all the wildlife. And last but not least, Montana is known for its mountains and snow. So after you are done skiing, why not book a reservation at a pristine lodge or cabin and relax by the water after a long and exhausting day.

What beautiful photos you’ve found to go with this informative and well written article. The only nature I get here in Pittsburgh is walking through Schenley Park down by the University of Pittsburgh. It’s very pleasant in the park.

Yellowstone must be something to see.
