Las Vegas is known as Sin City, but what most people don’t know is that there are child friendly places to take your children if you visit as a family. My husband and I found many things to do there with our children. We would take our family out every weekend and see or do something new.

One of our favorite places to go was the Bellagio. The water fountains were beautiful. The water flows in sync  with the music. The water dances so beautifully.  My husband and I loved it as much as the children. It is such a peaceful beautiful site.

Our second favorite had to be Treasure Island. While walking along, you can enter the small area with the pirete ships. Every few hours they will put on a show that includes men and women dancers. They sing, dance, swing, and even fly from one ship to another. You can watch the men fight, the women dance and the ship sink. The kids loved it. In fact we went to this many times. They never got tired of seeing the same show repeatedly.

Also, there is a place called Circus Circus. They put on a real circus twice daily. The kids also loved this.

If you like fish, you could go see the underwater fish feeding show. It is located in the Silverton Hotel and Casino. This is located inside a casino and this is the only nice thing to see with your children here. You can watch the employees dressed as mermaids feed the fish inside a huge aquarium. The waitresses are also dressed as mermaids.

You could even take your children to  M & M World. You can see a three dimensional movie about m and m’s.  You could learn everything you could ever want to know about the classic m and m’s.

You could even go to the Ethel M Chocolate Factory and take a tour. This is not located in Las Vegas but it is in Henderson which is close by. You could swing over in a fourty five minute commute. 

There are so many more free things to do in Las vegas that are child friendly but these are my family’s favorite places.
