NY City is famous for its luxurious, delicious and unique steakhouses. New York’s best steakhouses invite steak lovers.
Strip House
It has been named one of the Top Ten Best Steakhouses in America by Maxim Magazine. If you are looking for a classy restaurant, Strip House will be a good choice. Charming red walls, nude women pictures, dim lighting makes the place seductive and sexy. You should start with Strip House’s lobster before having your New York Strip or rib-eye. Strip House also offers you a variety of wine options. Price ranges between $30 – $ 60.
Peter Luger Steakhouse
This place is best known for its dry-aged porterhouse steaks. You should taste German fried potatoes, creamed spinach and crispy bacon. Most of the visitors are loyal regulars, they do not need to ask for menu. It’s a short ride from Manhattan.
Old Homestead Steakhouse
It is one of the oldest steakhouses, which is founded in 1868. Homestead is famous for its huge portion sizes. Appetizers and main dishes are huge enough to satisfy an upper class of human carnivore. Order their cold sea appetizer and creamed spinach. Walls are adorned by black-white photographs of New York.
Smith and Wollensky Steakhouse
It is one my favourite steakhouse. Wollensky has a rich wine menu for wine lovers. Their sirloin, fillet Mignon and prime rib are good quality. Creamed spinach and lobster are excellent. Price is a little bit high when it is compared to other steakhouses, but it’s well worth to try.
Palm Restaurant
This place is the flagship of international chain. This place is best known for its loyal visitors, who visit Palm for decades. The atmosphere is terrific. Dark wooden furniture, closely packed tables make the place warmer. Dry-aged beef and porterhouse steak are one of the bests.
