     Yes, there is a castle in Pennsylvania. But it’s probably not what you think. This one is privately owned and is actually a house that is being built to look like a castle! Although it isn’t finished yet, I think it looks pretty impressive!

(Note: Sorry the pictures aren’t exactly level. I just happened to stumble across this as I was traveling in the area, so the photos were taken with me leaning out the car window! Haha!)

     As you can see, parts of it aren’t completed yet. But it has wide doors to resemble a drawbridge and various towers.

     It’s located just outside of Philipsburg, PA, so if you are ever in the area you may want to take a look for yourself. But like I said before, it’s privately owned so you won’t be allowed on the property for a close up look. It only sits about 30 yards away from the road though, so you still have a good view of it.
     If I’m in the area again, and the building is father along or finished, I will update the pictures here!
