Toronto is the Commercial City of Canada right beside Lake Ontario which has a border with the United States of America. That is how Toronto is a multicultural City not far from the Federal Capital City of Canada: Ottawa.
Toronto is located in the Province of Ontario in the Central part. Toronto is not far from the Capital City of Canada which is also the Federal City: Ottawa. Ontario is also the name of one of the five famous lakes of North America which border with the United States of America. The other lakes are Lake Superior, Lake Erie, Lake Michigan and Lake Huron. Those who are interested in doing international business should think about establishing there business in Toronto.
So, Toronto is an international city because it is multicultural. Many populations live in Toronto where there is an important commercial activity along the longest street in the world which is Yonge Street. There are also many Banks in this important City for example Royal Bank, Scotia Bank and Bank of Montreal. There are also Non Government Organizations which have there offices in Toronto like Doctor’s Without Borders, Oxfam and Amnesty International.
Therefore, it is possible to be rich and to assist at the same time assist populations which lack for instance medications, technology and freedom. This means that there are investments in producing medication, tools and advocacy. In other words Toronto is always busy with art events, fundraising events and music events.
There are places to go in Toronto which will allow you to spend a memorable weekend or even a week or two and those are for example Museums, Galleries and Movie Theatres. In Toronto the Royal Museum and the Art Gallery of Ontario as well as the Textile Museum are the three places must see of Toronto. The Royal Museum is on Bloor Street which divides Toronto between the East and the West, The Art Gallery of Ontario is on Dundas Street West the most exotic street of Toronto which goes from China Town to Roncesvalles the Polish with all the Polish bakery shops. The Textile Museum is just behind University Avenue, a little shy hidden behind the most elegant street of Toronto where the major hospitals like Princess Margaret Hospital, Toronto General Hospital, Mount Sinai and the Sick Kids Hospitals are located from one side of the Avenue to the other. It is also on University Avenue that the United States General Consulate and Zurich Canada are located on the same side of the Avenue.
Thus, Toronto is worth a trip especially in the summer to visit Lake Ontario in the West end of Toronto. That makes Toronto very interesting because you can travel to the United States by Train, Bus and Air without speeding too much time in transportation.
